The new Patient Portal for all Care Today patients is up and running. Be sure to check out all of the latest features. Lab results as well as encounter notes will be uploaded to the patient portal. As a patient, you can sign-on to the patient portal from anywhere you have internet access. Of course the patient portal passes all HIPPA compliance standards and requires proper credentials for your login. All patient information is encrypted for your eyes only. Check it out
